Ingredients:
3 cups muesli (I like Bob's Red Mill muesli but you can create your own with oats, nuts, dried fruit of your choice)
+ 1/2 cup sunflower butter (or sub any nut butter you have)
+ 1/2 cup honey (I like raw honey. You can also try grade A maple syrup)
For an extra energy boost, add chia, flax, or hemp seeds to your liking.
Directions:
Combine ingredients. I like to use a potato masher instead of a mixer for easier mixing. I let it sit in the fridge before I roll into tablespoon sized balls. I use a tablespoon for easy measurement and rolling once mixture is chilled in the fridge. Place bites into the freezer for one or more hours. Transfer to the fridge for a softer energy bite. Enjoy!
