Crunchy Mama Kitchen Sink Granola


Ingredients:

3 ½ cups rolled oats. I like Bob's Red Mill brand.

½ cup nuts or seeds. I used pumpkin, chia, and flax seeds.

⅓ cup syrup like brown rice syrup. I used grade A maple syrup. I like molasses or raw honey too.

3 Tbsp. nut butter. I like cashew or Pb2 peanut powder.

⅓ cup Navitas Organics cacao (optional)

A dash of cinnamon. I added ground cardamom, clove, and ginger too.

1/3 cup approximately of coconut oil, melted. I used MCT oil.


Directions:

Mix & bake at approximately 275 F (135 C) for about 40 minutes or 350 F (180 C) for about 20 minutes.
