ABOUT LILY JACOBSON

 

Lily Jacobson received her 200-hour Hatha Yoga & Foundations of Yoga in San Antonio, Texas.  She also received Mindful Resilience training through the Veteran’s Yoga Project. Her trauma-informed teaching techniques can meet various needs of the class such as wanting to increase resilience, flexibility, concentration, reduce stress, & optimize well-being. Lily likes to incorporate meditation, mindful self-compassion, & resilience-building techniques.

 

Lily developed her practice to increase mind, body awareness. Beginning her yoga journey in 2006, she preferred more choreographed routines that had a dance, fitness focus. Now, Lily enjoys a variety of meditation, energy, & breath work practices that focus on not striving for the perfect pose, but rather listening to one's body.

Lily aims to fit your needs in an inclusive group or private session.
