Spa Veggie Water Infusion
Ingredients:
Purifed water
1/2 Sliced cucumbers
1/2 Sliced carrots
1/2 Sliced lemon wedges
Optional: Add drops of trace minerals, yerbe matte, dandelion root, etc. Add whatever citrus fruit you have on hand to your liking. Ginger root as well as mint adds another lovely flavor.
Watermelon slices as side (or even glass decoration) is great way to hydrate quickly too!
Directions:
Place a glass container filled with ingredients ideally in the sun. Enjoy within 24 hours ideally or take out veggies after approximately 8 hours.
