Rice Enzyme Reflections

I felt an electrical pulse go through my body. My hands and feet felt like electric circuits. I felt this energy surge right around the 13:30 hour as I layed in the rice enzyme sauna sand.

Even the owner of Healing Cyrpess Enzyme Sauana came over to me and said the word, "ora" because he noticed my shift. He also commented on my face glowing with white light.

I also felt an intense emotional catharsis. I felt strong in loving energy and forgiveness of all my past experiences. I noticed a strong tingling sensation between myself and the rice enzyme sand. I sensed density lift with a white light beam feeling through the top of my head. I also honored my grandmother's loving presence. She passed away on 23 February 2016; I went to the rice enzyme spa 23 February 2024.

Stepping into my new paradigm, I feel more at peace towards myself and others. I feel lighter with trusting in divine timing as well as protection. I honor my new path with more self awareness, heart coherence. I realize that everything is a mirror; that which repells me may be a life lesson to shift thoughts to create a new reality. I leave behind the old ways of doing things and enter into a new way of being in this present moment. I shift from what if to what is in union with God.
