My Korean Wellness Experience

Few reasons why I like to explore sauna / hot springs are for increased immunity, allergy / illness relief, sport / muscle recovery, detox support, & mind, body, spirit balance.


Places I explored so far these last few years are the following:

Hilltop Spa

Spaland Centum City

Hilltop Spa

Pros:

Reasonably piced: 9,000 sauna, 17,000 pool & sauna, or 27,000 pool, sauna, & gym

Up to 10 hours included (2,000 extra per hour)

Hot springs available

Ocean views

Clothing provided but not needed in gender seperate bath house area

Sauna ceilings are pretty to look at


Cons:

Cu as food option (no restaurants)


Spaland Centum City

Pros:

Reasonably priced (under 30,000, 4 hours included, pay a small fee for extra hours or buy a lunch / service for complimentary added hours)

Restaurants and snack bars available

Hot springs available

Basic toiletries & clothing provided but not needed in gender seperate bath house area

Wide variety of foot baths outside with aromatherapy / healing salt properties


Cons:

Crowded on weekends

Less scenic views / outdoor landscapes
