Protein Blueberry Scone

Ingredients:
1/4 cup of Cold, Unsalted Kerry Gold Butter
1/4 cup of Coconut Oil
1 box of Kodiak Blueberry Muffin Mix
Directions:
Mix in oil, butter, and muffin mix.
Scoop & pack in scone mixture with a tablespoon onto parchment paper.
Cook at 180 c (350 f) for 10-12 minutes.
