Immunity Resources

I began my health journey after feeling tired of being fatigued. I wanted to show up as the healthiest version I could possibly be for myself and my family despite having a few long lasting side effects from the 2020 shot + external environmental factors.

Currently, I am testing strategies to build strong gut health to support cardiovascular, sinus, and systemic health. I also build up to an hour a day of IR sauna at 170 degrees to initiate heat shock proteins and to prevent the possible prion disease formation. I learned that a few detox baths and fasting or intermittent fasting can also aid with this as well.


In addition, I am looking at resources to support the liver (clear out spike proteins and toxins) + best practices to test nutritional deficiencies.
