Ginger Cookies


Ingredients:

2 sticks butter (sub with coconut oil for a slight change in taste)

1 egg (or sub with chia seed and water)

3/4 cup molasses

1 tsp vanilla (sub maple syrup)


1 1/2 cup sugar ( can sub with monk or coconut sugar)

3 cup flour (sub Kodiak protein pancake mix)

1 tsp baking soda

1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp nutmeg

1 tsp ground cloves

1 tbsp ginger

1 tbsp cinnamon


Directions:

Mix wet ingredients. Stir in dry ingredients. Refrigerate overnight. Roll out on floured area and cut out. Sprinkle sugar on top.

Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
