Energy Boosting Morning Drink


Ingredients:

Collagen Peptides

MCT Oil

Milk of Choice

Tea, Cocoa, or Coffee


*I like using Tazo Chai, Earl Grey, or Matcha. I add in cardamom, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger to my chai.


I also like to add raw honey, 4 drops of methylene blue, a dropful of dandelion leaf extract, and lobelia extract for extra wellness support.

Directions:

Heat pan with half water and half milk of choice with tea, cocoa, or instant coffee added to desired strength in taste.

Whisk in MCT Oil and collagen peptides. Drink in your favorite beverage container and enjoy!
