Cocoa Chai Mood Booster


Ingredients:


Chai Tea Bag (I like Rumi or Tazo)

Cinnamon stick

1 teaspoon of cocoa (I like Saco Conscious Kitchen or Navitas )

Approximately a cup of hot water

Milk of choice 125 ML (I like organic or coconut milk)


2 scoops of hydrolyzed collagen peptides (I like Zen Principle for a creamy flavor )

MCT oil (I use CA Gold Nutrition)

Raw Honey (about a tablespoon)


Optional flavoring additions:


Organic ground ginger

Organic ground cloves

Organic cardamom

Organic pumpkin spice


Directions:


Boil until water bubbles and simmer the first four ingredients until strength is desired. Add in collagen powder & mct oil & raw honey after to preserve nutrition.
