Chicken Cream Cheese Chili

Ingredients:

1 can of black beans

1/2 bag of frozen corn kernels (or riced cauliflower or riced broccoli)

1/2 jar of Mark’s Good Stuff Restaurant Style salsa (or rotel, diced tomatoes, mild salsa)

1 tsp of each or approximate amount of cumin, onion or garlic powder, & Italian seasoning (or ranch packet)

1 package of cream cheese

2 -4 chicken strips or breasts (depending on size)


Instructions:

Place chicken at bottom of the crockpot. Add all ingredients and seasonings. Stir together. Place cream cheese on top.

Cook on low for 6-8 hours. Stir cream cheese into chili. Use 2 forks to shred chicken. Stir together and serve.
