Better than your Average Blueberry Muffins

Ingredients:

1 cup mashed butternut squash (or banana or sweet potato)

1 mashed banana

1 cup of blueberries (or other berry of choice)

2 1/2 cups of flour - I used Kodiak pancake mix


1/4 cups of coconut sugar or brown sugar

1/4 cup of butter or coconut oil

1 tablespoon of maple syrup or vanilla extract

1 teaspoon of cinnamon


Directions:

Mix dry and wet ingredients. Pour into muffin tins. Bake at 350 F for about 20 to 25 minutes depending on muffin tin size.
