Banana, Berry Smoothie & Popsicles

Ingredients:

1 cup of frozen wildberries

2-4 frozen bananas

1/4 cup of walnuts

1/4 cup of oats

1-2 tablespoons of Pb2 powder

1 cup of milk / kefir / yogurt

1-2 tablespoons of chia / flaxseeds

Add as desired for smoothie texture milk / water / coconut water


Directions:

Add ingredients more / less to your liking. Blend chopped ingredients until smooth. Add garnishes like coconut flakes, fruit, honey, nut butter, chocolate chips, whipped cream, and so forth. Freeze extra smoothie drink in popsicle or ice cube trays. Enjoy!
