3 Ingredient Muesli Almond Butter Bars


Ingredients:

3 cups muesli⁠ (I like Bob's Red Mill brand. You can use oats + nuts / dried fruit of your choice)


1/2 cup almond butter (or sub any nut butter you have)⁠


1/2 cup honey⁠

Directions:

Pour almond butter and honey in a pot over medium heat. Stir bubbling mixture. Pour muesli in a pan lined with parchment paper. Pour mixture over muesli. Press mixture evenly in the pan. Freeze and cut into bars. Transfer to fridge for softer bars.
